Sale of fresh truffles and other products
We sell our production ourselves, to individuals or to professionnals. After being dug up by our dogs, the unwashed truffle is brushed, sorted and refrigerated. A thin layer of soil is left for better conservation but truffles can also be washed and canned..
From December to March:
We mainly market Tuber Melanosporum, they are attractively packaged and may be used as holiday gifts for companies.
From May to September:
we propose the summer truffle (or tuber aestivum), a completely different taste and price.
Throughout the year, we sell:
whole truffles, first choice, sterilized once, truffle pieces, sterilized once, truffle juice, pâtés with 7.5% or 15% truffles, made on a small scale and packed in glass jars, Olive oil perfumed with black truffles, Acacia honey with truffles, vinegar with truffles
We also propose:
Burgundy truffle (or tuber uncinatum) from Sept. 15th to Nov. 30th,
Frozen truffles either whole or in pieces,
Products related to truffles (books and accessories).
