At the bottom of Mont Ventoux, The Jaumard family has been roaming thru their truffles's fields for three generations. The first seeding had been made by Albert Jaumard, the grand-father, with the emergence of mycorrhized oaks in the seventies. From this family passion, they made it their trade.

We also commercialize the summer's truffle or truffle of Saint Jean also named "TUBER AESTIVUM" (hazelnut's based scent) from the middle of May to middle of August, along with derivative products made from all year long's truffles.

We invite you to come and discover this winter, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this magnificent mushroom, the black truffle, by going pick it up with our dogs, savor it, and why not, spend a pleasant night at our farm.

The Truffle will no longer be a mystery to you.
